CONCEPT Radiance Village is an approximately 75-story high structure inspired by Babel-IIB, my favorite arcology design of Italian architect Paolo Soleri. While small for an arcology, it still maintains the basic arcology concept of concept of a single building that contains an entire community. Radiance Village is set an an era a few centuries from now where anti-gravity vehicles have largely replaced ground transportation for many uses. The variety of aircars created as props for this structure uses parts mostly from 3D CGI artists Richard Jeferies whose work you can see at www.avalon3D.com.
